Cheers Zeke! There is a copy of the map on p.8 of the book, but it isn’t very good compared to the high res download versions in the sidebar link (just updated it to link to all four region maps, B&W and colour, labelled and unlabelled). The photos above show parts of the colour map printed at A3 size.
