Consult the Bones Oracle Dice & Activity Die now available on Gamecrafter

G’day Gamers!

For those who missed the Tales of Argosa Kickstarter and are interested in our Consult the Bones Oracle Dice (yes-no-fortune) or Activity Die, they are now available as a Five Dice Set on Gamecrafter.

I am listing these “at cost” – unfortunately “print on demand” custom acrylic dice are quite expensive. Note these are printed dice, not etched (we previously sold the etched wood dice but Gamecrafter stopped making custom wooden dice on 2.5.25).

Another option of course is to use the Dice App here.

    1. Yes alas Gamecrafter has just required me to change the photo of the dice, and has locked the page until that is done. So I am waiting for another set of dice to ship to myself to take a photo of them. Will probably be available in a month or so. My apologies! Steve 14.3.25.

  1. I had them ordered!!! Then Gamecrafter emailed and said some bullshit that they are not available. I don’t blame you but figure they were doing a bait and switch to get ppl to come in to buy your product in order to shill there lesser products. Once again not mad at you. Is there another way to get the bones?

    1. Yes so sorry – they emailed me too yesterday 2.5.25. Complete surprise to me. Apparently they have run out of wooden dice components and not ordering any more 😦 I dont know if the price of wood has gone up or something. In any case, I will be ordering a prototype of acrylic dice this weekend (so they will be 2 x white, 1 x black, 1 x red, 1 x blue, like in the Kickstarter, most likely). Once I get those an approve them, I’ll make them available for sale. They should hopefully be cheaper than the wood dice. Although I did really love the wood version 😦 Also, in the meantime, I will put up a post this weekend with the dice images for use with Dice Pixel 7 app, so you can use them on your phone (I already posted this to the Discord actually, but will do a formal post here).

  2. Just had my order cancelled by The Game Crafter. I’m so disappointed! I just discovered Tales of Argosa and I love it. I have the book and cards on order from DrivethruRPG. I hope the dice issue gets settled soon!

    1. My prototype order has shipped, waiting for them to reach me in Sydney. Can’t be too far away. Assuming they’re good I’ll make them available for sale on Gamecrafter. I’ll be sure to post an update when I get them.
