Tales of Argosa Jan Update

Greetings Gamer Friends!

Happy weekend, hope you’re all enjoying some time off. Alas I’m back to work after a long holiday tomorrow, thought I’d get this post out before I gooooooooooooo….. aargghhhh

Draft Hardcover

We got our latest hardcover proof for ToA! Naturally this is still a work in process – rules continue to be tested, some blank pages, we want to commission a bunch of scene/multi character art, etc – but this gives you a good idea of the look we’re going for 😀

ToA playtest doc on DTRPG (free)

ToA pre launch page

Solo Session Part 2

Part 2 of my example solo session of Tales of Argosa, including the dice oracle (didnt end up using the card oracle this session). Yord Stonebark (Barbarian), Lucius the Wanderer (Bard) & Neberchek the Golden (Magic User) enter the Riddermound tomb (a Dragonbane adventure)… what dread foes await!?

Interview with Milda the Gaming Monk

I had the pleasure of chatting with Mildra the Gaming Monk earlier this month about ToA 😀 My volume is a bit loud hahaah apologies for that. Thank you so much Mildra for having me on – greatly appreciated!

Deck of Signs

The Deck of Signs, our 50 card open question oracle, is now available on DTRPG! Note we’ll be offering the deck at a discount as part of the ToA kickstarter. Of course the whole deck is usable now online via the Perchance site (free).

Mines of Perinthos

Logen Nein recently released Mines of Perinthos – a two page (or one spread) dungeon for the Jennell Jaquays Memorial Game Jam. A tribute to Jennell Jaquays, designed for use with ToA, for 4-6 characters of Level 1-3. I think it looks wonderful and plan to run it next week!

Deep within the heart of an overrun dwarven mine, darkness and danger converge in a subterranean battleground. The once bustling tunnels echo with the snarls and howls of a formidable pack of gnolls who have claimed this forsaken domain as their own. Amidst the rocky chambers, a small group of elusive serpentmen maneuver in the shadows, locked in a tense power struggle with the dogmen for control over the riches taken from the dwarves. Unbeknownst to the warring factions, a wyrm lies dormant in the murky depths of an underground lake connected to the caverns, its presence a slumbering threat that could be awakened by the chaos above. As adventurers navigate the treacherous twists and turns, they must contend not only with the fierce adversaries vying for supremacy but also the looming menace of the watery beast awaiting its moment to rise.
